What’s the return policy in your company?
1. If you test the products and it doesn't work, pls keep it and send it to us in 1 month, we will send the good one to you with the following order.
2. If the product is already used by you, then no warranty.
3. If the product is broken by man-made, then no warranty.

How long will it take to deliver goods?

We will ship the goods within 1-3 days after your payment. And we will send you the tracking

number the next day after the goods are shipped.

What kind of transportation methods you offer?

For spare-parts, we use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS, as we enjoy

very good discount in these companies. But if buyers provide us their accounts to pay the transportation fee, we are also welcomed.

For goods with large package, we will transport by air and sea, and we will confirm freight with buyers’ prior delivery.
